ReadPciConfigByteEx

This function reads a BYTE value from the specified PCI configuration address.

Syntax

BOOL ReadPciConfigByteEx(
    DWORD pciAddress,
    DWORD regAddress,
    PBYTE value
);

Parameters

• pciAddress
  [in] PCI device address
  

  bit	description
  0- 2	Function Number
  3- 7	Device Number
  8-15	PCI Bus Number
  16-31	Reserved

• regAddress
  [in] Configuration register address (0, 1, 2 ... 0xFFFFFFFF)
• value
  [out] a BYTE value read from the specified PCI configuration address

Return Values

If the function succeeds, the return value is TRUE.

If the function fails, the return value is FALSE.

Remarks

regAddress supports 32 bit value.
